Doubling the conventional resolution limit for live cell time-lapse imaging.

The N-SIM S Super Resolution Microscope is a unique high-speed structured illumination system that achieves acquisition speeds of up to 15 fps, enabling fast biological processes to be captured at twice the spatial resolution of conventional light microscopes (up to 85nm in XY).

The unique Spatial Light Modulator automatically adjusts the pattern for each wavelength without delay, combined with a dual camera image splitter and/or fast filterwheel for optimal multichannel super-resolution imaging.

N-SIM S is suited for a wide range of samples and applications using dry, water immersion, silicone oil and oil immersion objectives.

Combining the N-SIM S and a confocal microscope (Nikon AX) gives you the flexibility to select a location in the confocal image and switch to super-resolution to view the desired part of the location in minute detail.

For the ultimate in super-resolution, N-SIM S can also be combined with N-STORM and STED.

This powerful technology enables the visualization of subcellular structures at the nanoscopic level, opening up new worlds of scientific understanding.
